Guest Room|The Lodge at Saint Edward Park

The guest room style, as well as design throughout the Lodge draws inspiration from the architectural themes present in the building - Romanesque Revival, Art Deco, and Arts and Crafts. Furnishings nod toward vintage details with a color palette borrowed from the exterior brickwork and terra cotta roof tiles. Featured on one wall is a large scale mural of the original 1930's architectural plan set.  Custom furniture is scaled up to add impact to the relatively small rooms. Details are inspired by the building and it's history - the arched headboard, the confessional-like screening of the bedside tables, the subtle cross pattern of the lamps and the large scale magnolia pattern of the carpet reminds us of the park setting.
